Are all items handmade? Do you really make all of this yourself? TOP

 YES! and YES! I make all items myself, making each item truly unique. All seams are finished and many pieces have hand sewn elements (yes, with a needle and thread!)

Do you take custom orders? TOP

Yes! I am always happy to make custom orders in any size or color you need. (Adult sizes too) If you don't see the size you are looking for or it is out of stock, please email me and I will get one made up for you. (Note: It may take up to 2 weeks for me to complete your custom order.)

What shipping methods do you use? TOP

I normally use USPS Priority mail o for all of my shipping but if you need me to use a different service, please contact me before you place your order.

Do you ship internationally? TOP

Yes! Please email me before placing your order for shipping rates.

What is your exchange/ return policy? TOP

If you are unhappy with any of my items, please let me know right away. I will replace or repair the item at no cost to you within 2 weeks of shipping. After 2 weeks has past, there will be no exchanges or refunds. Shipping fees are NOT refundable and I am not responsable for any lost or stolen packages. Custom orders are NOT refundable so please be patient when I ask you a million questions about your order.
